Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns/Cancellation)

 

In compliance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 (Portuguese consumer law for distance selling), you have the right to cancel the contract without stating a reason, within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days counting from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • Minimum Legal Period: 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

  • Extended Courtesy Period: We extend this period to 30 (thirty) calendar days for an exchange (for size/colour/store credit) or a return (refund), provided the item meets the return conditions.

  • Procedure: You must communicate your decision to cancel the contract unequivocally via email.

  • Refund: The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. The refund includes the order value (including initial shipping costs, unless you chose a shipping method more expensive than the standard option offered).

  • Return Costs: The direct costs of sending the goods back to Puriun are to be covered by the customer.


 

2. General Conditions

 

For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item(s) must comply with the following conditions:

  • They must be returned within the maximum period of 30 calendar days.

  • They must be in their original and perfect condition, showing no signs of use, washing, smells, or damage.

  • They must retain the original tags intact and properly attached to the item.

  • They must be accompanied by the respective invoice/proof of purchase.

⚠️ Exceptions (Items we do not accept for exchange/return due to hygiene reasons):

  • Underwear (briefs, boxers, socks).

  • Swimsuits and bikinis (if the hygiene seal/sticker has been removed or violated).


 

3. Exchanges (For size or colour)

 

The exchange of items is subject to stock verification.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of sending the item to be exchanged back to our facilities is the customer's responsibility. The reshipment of the new item (exchange) to the customer is free of charge (covered by Puriun).

  • Unavailability: If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued, or a refund will be processed, according to the customer's preference.


 

4. Defective Items

 

Puriun covers the legal warranty of 3 years for new products.

  • If the defect is detected within the first 30 days: You can request an immediate exchange or a full refund.

  • Procedure: Contact us immediately via email, stating the order number and detailing the defect. If possible, attach photographs.

  • Costs: All costs for collecting and reshipping items with a proven manufacturing defect will be covered by Puriun.


 

5. How to Start the Process

 

To initiate an exchange or return process:

  1. Send an email to info@puriun.com with the subject "Exchange/Return - Order No. [ORDER NUMBER]".

  2. Clearly state whether you wish to make a Return (for refund) or an Exchange (and for which size/colour).

  3. Our team will respond with detailed instructions and the address where you should send the item.
